By accessing or using PlayToday.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. PlayToday is a club management platform for padel and pickleball facilities operated by PlayToday ("we," "our," or "us").
PlayToday provides club management tools for padel and pickleball facilities, including court booking, player matchmaking, membership management, game organization, and communication features. The Platform is provided to clubs and their members on a software-as-a-service basis.
You may create an account by providing your phone number and verifying it via one-time passcode. Alternatively, a club staff member may add you to their club using your phone number, in which case an account is created on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

Description: When you are added to a club or interact with the Platform, you may receive transactional SMS messages related to your club activity. These include:
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive 1-10 messages per week depending on how often you book courts and participate in games.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also manage your notification preferences in your profile settings within the app. You will receive a confirmation message after opting out.

Court bookings and membership fees are processed through Stripe on behalf of your club. Each club operates its own Stripe Connect account. PlayToday facilitates the payment but is not a party to the transaction between you and the club. Refund and cancellation policies are set by each individual club.

The PlayToday platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by PlayToday. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
PlayToday provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to missed bookings, payment disputes with clubs, or injuries sustained during play. Each club is independently responsible for its facility, safety, and operations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms. Club administrators may remove you from their club at their discretion. Upon removal from a club, your access to that club's bookings and features will be revoked.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
